Shoes
Ballet shoes – when purchasing these it is recommended that you buy one size larger than your normal day shoes. The shoes should fit snugly with no room for growth.
Jazz shoes – these should also be purchased one size larger than normal day shoes.
Childs dance trainers – these should be brought in normal shoe size.
Adult dance trainers – feedback has suggested that these shoes are a small sizing and we recommend you purchase them at least half a size larger than usual size.
Leotards & Jazz Pants
Please consult this size guide when placing your order. These sizes are based on the average child, however children vary greatly in height and size, it may be useful to consider the age of day clothes that the dancer wears:
SIZE 00- age 2/3 yrs inside leg 49 cms
SIZE 0 - age 4/5 yrs inside leg 55 cms
SIZE 1 - age 6/8 yrs inside leg 62 cms
SIZE 2 - age 9/10 yrs inside leg 66 cms
SIZE 3a - age 11/12 yrs inside leg 72 cms
SIZE 3 - size UK 10 inside leg 76 cms
SIZE 4 - size UK 12 inside leg 79 cms
SIZE 5 - size UK 14 inside leg 84 cms
SIZE 6 - inside leg 89 cms (Jazz pants only)
